SHIPPING & RETURNS

  •  We mainly use UPS and FedEx for shipping. UPS Ground usually takes 3-5 business days, while FedEx takes anywhere from 4-6 days for you to receive the package(s).

  •  Any delivery / freight / cargo inquiries can be requested by calling in or emailing.

  •  Order cancellations can be requested by phoneemail or fax with attention to the websales department.

  • No cancellations will be accepted after shipment.

  •  All sales are non-refundable. Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer's defect or fault.

  •  RA(Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 7 days upon receival of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Customer can contact us by phone, email or fax to request the RA.

  •  There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise without RA(Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted package(s), or past the 7 days grace period.

  •  Items returned after 15 days from the date received will not be accepted. All sales items are final.
